Subscriptions auto-renew each billing cycle unless canceled via your Account dashboard.
Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed in full.
Downgrades also take effect immediately but no refund is issued.
All payments are non-refundable.
Improper chargebacks may result in Account suspension.
9. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of any modifications to the Terms.
10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
